Returns
Damaged or faulty jewellery:
All returns of damaged or faulty body jewellery must be unworn, items should be returned with all internal packaging intact and sent by 1st class recorded delivery. Once received we will refund the cost of postage. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns so please contact us before sending any items back to Body Metallics.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 7 days of you receiving them.
To return an item contact returns@bodymetallics.com with details of the fault and the item that you wish to return. Please remember to include your order number.
Returns:
If you wish to return an item of jewellery for any other reason than damaged or faulty you must contact us first. Items must be unworn and should be returned with all internal packaging in tact and sent by 1st class recorded delivery. Once received we will refund the cost of the items but return postal charges are non-refundable. If the order was sent with free postage this will be deducted from the refund. Any goods returned to us without our consent will be returned back to you at your cost.
Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of you receiving them.
