At Body Metallics we strongly recommend that all Jewelry purchased from us should be sterilized before using in any of your Body Piercings.
Body Metallics will not be held responsible for any wrong orders made from us i.e wrong size Jewellery, wrong colour Jewelry or wrong material. We can only offer refunds/exchanges on Body Jewellery items that are damaged.

We accept the following credit and debit cards:

* Some older Visa Debit cards may carry the "Delta" logo on the card. They can also be identified by the word "Debit" printed on the front of the card.
We also use Paypal to handle our online orders.
You do not need a paypal account or need to sign up with paypal to pay by credit or debit card.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Please be aware that if paying by paypal with no funds it will result in payment by paypal echeque and will therefore be a 7 - 9 day wait for dispatch due to funds clearing.
Payment is 100% safe, we do not see any credit/debit card details at all.
We aim for orders to be shipped the same or next working day from purchase & cleared payment. In the event of not having an item in stock it will be ordered for you which will be 4 - 5 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Usually we can have out of stock items back in stock and ready to send within 4 - 5 working days.
UK mainland orders over £10 can be shipped free using First Class Delivery. The option is given during the checkout process. If you wish to have your order sent Recorded Delivery (recommended) you must select this option from the drop down menu at the checkout. There will be a small charge of £1.50 for this option.
Orders within the UK will be sent by First Class Delivery or Recorded Delivery. All body jewellery orders are shipped well packaged in resealable bags inside padded envelopes. First Class Delivery on all orders under £10 will be £1.00 to anywhere in the UK. If you choose to have your order delivered Recorded and signed for (recommended) then you must click on this option from the drop down menu at the checkout and the cost of this service is £1.50 per order.
Please note that Recorded Delivery (recommended for orders under £34) only insures to the value of £34, and the post office will only reimburse for losses up to this amount. We recommend that the chosen shipping method for orders over £34 is Special Delivery which covers up to £500. You can click on this option from the drop down menu at the checkout and the cost of this service is £4.50 per order.
We will not be held responsible for any items once they have been dispatched if the recommended method of shipping was not selected at the time the order was placed so please make your choice at the checkout carefully.
If there is no one at home to sign for your order the postman will post a card stating that the parcel has been taken back to your local sorting office. The card will explain what your options are for redelivery or collection. The sorting office usually hold items for 7 days and then they will return them to us, if this happens we will get in touch with you either by e mail or phone to discuss arranging redelivery costs.
Orders outside of the UK are sent by Airmail.
The charge for this service is £1.70 per order to anywhere in Europe and £2.50 per order to anywhere else in the world. You can select these options from the drop down menu at the checkout. We do obtain a certificate of posting for all orders sent by airmail and we will not be held responsible if they get lost in the post.
Orders usually arrive within 5 working days of being posted but may take longer depending on the postal service and delays in Customs. This often depends on what country the order is being sent to.
Please note that items sent by this method do not have to be signed for, so we recommend that higher value orders are sent by Insured Airmail which will need to be signed for, the cost of this service is £6.00 per order. You can select this option from the drop down menu at the checkout.
In the unlikely event of parcels not being delivered please note that we will only hold proof of posting receipts for 3 months. Non delivery of orders must be reported to us within this timescale.
Body Metallics is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share the information you provide us with any outside company or third party. We will only use your address for delivery information and email addresses and phone numbers will only be used by us if we need to contact you about an order.
We do not see any credit/debit card details.
Please note that we cannot accept any returns of body jewellery or earrings that have been used for hygiene reasons.
We only accept returns of Body Jewelery that is faulty. Wrongly ordered Jewellery will not be exchanged or refunded. All returns must be unworn, They should be returned with all internal packaging in tact. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns so please contact us before sending items back to Body Metallics.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 7 days of you receiving them. Contact email@example.com with details of the fault and item you wish to return and include your order number.
We have the right to refuse orders if they are being sent to distant countries, due to items not arriving. Please be aware of this when you make your order with us
Please note that deliverys for orders during christmas time, may take longer to reach you as this is a very busy time of the year.
