To Find A Product:
Click on a jewellery category on our home page to view sub categories. Choose a material from the sub category page to view all products. Alternatively if you already know what you are looking for then just type what you want into the search box.
Add It To Your Shopping Basket:
Once you have found the product that you would like to purchase simply click on 'details' to select size, colour, type etc. Once selected click on 'add to basket' at this point you will be taken to the shopping cart where you will have the option to go to the checkout or continue shopping. You can add and remove as many products to the shopping cart as you like before going to the checkout.
Complete Your Order:
Once you have finished shopping choose a suitable delivery method from the drop down menu, click on 'checkout' and you will then be asked to enter your name and delivery address. Once completed, payment can be made using a credit/debit card or with PayPal. After payment has been processed wait for your order number and the process is complete.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
No, to keep our product prices low we choose not to have a catalogue printed as this can be expensive. All of our products are on our website which is updated regularly.
Can you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we are able to ship orders all around the world.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment from all major credit/debit cards and via PayPal.
How secure are my credit/debit card details?
Our payment gateways use the latest technology and are 100% secure. We use Protx to process credit/debit card payments and we accept PayPal. We do not see any of your card details and we do not have access to them so you can order with complete confidence.
Will i receive an order confirmation?
Yes, as soon as you complete the checkout process, you will be given an order confirmation number. Additionally a confirmation email will be sent to you containing your order number and order details.
How will my order be packed?
All body jewellery orders are shipped well packaged. Individual items are packed into clear resealable bags and sent in padded envelopes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim for orders to be shipped the same or next working day from purchase & cleared payment.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock, we will back order for you. You will always be sent an email to let you know and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Usually we can have out of stock items back in stock and ready to send within 4 - 5 working days.
What should i do if one of my items arrives faulty/damaged?
Damaged or faulty jewellery:
All returns of damaged or faulty body jewellery must be unworn, items should be returned with all internal packaging intact and sent by 1st class recorded delivery. Once received we will refund the cost of postage. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns so please contact us before sending any items back to Body Metallics.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 7 days of you receiving them.
